We act as the data controller for personal data collected through our website and services. Our app platform provider (ABC Trainerize / ABC Fitness Solutions) acts as our data processor and only processes data on our instructions.

• Progress data (photos, measurements, metrics, body composition)
• Nutrition and meal logs
• Messages, feedback, and communications with coaches

We never sell your personal data.

We do not share individual health or progress data with other crew members unless you choose to participate in team challenges that require it.

Your data may be processed in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, or other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place for transfers outside your jurisdiction.

We keep your data only as long as necessary:

• Active accounts: for the duration of your membership + reasonable period afterwards
• Progress photos and metrics: until you delete them or request deletion
• Crew package data: for the contract term + 12 months (unless longer retention is legally required)
• Website analytics: typically 14–26 months
